No complaint, I had a luxurious stay and would want to stay there again. I liked the room, the bed was very spacious. The pool was clean and the views were relaxing. There was a wonderful restaurant, a night market and the shops next door. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Bami a Bread to relax and grab some food👌

So glad we choose it, it's super base for staying in Hanoi. A personal safe, TV and a mini-fridge-bar were available in our junior suite. The restaurant was located within 800 feet. It deserves its 4 stars.
